Medical Balsam Pharmacy – a new all natural pharmacy branch

A new branch and a new look for the Medical Balsam Pharmacy chain in Qatif, north of Dammam in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Sartoretto Verna is proud to have designed this new “natural touch” pharmacy with great care for the Saudi people.

The organic look and feel with white and green wood, the green fixtures, are all made in Italy and are eco-friendly.

It opened just this week and has already attracted a lot of residents who are delighted to welcome this new pharmacy which has what it takes to care about them and their health.

Dr. Ali Al Naghmoush wanted to create something for his customers, a pharmacy that was less commercial and more natural.

The Medical Balsam logo inspired by the shape of leaves, the visuals and branded gondolas, the large and resistant corian-top Oliver prescription counters, all this creates space and comfort for both staff and customers. The sales floor is designed to favour purchases and is somewhere people can explore, discover, stimulate the senses, and relate to values and emotions.

This new branch is a place that understands the local people’s needs and makes them happy.

I believe in a pharmacy where people enjoy spending their time, where they are pampered, consoled and advised on specific products that are available for every one of us. This can be achieved in an attractive environment, full of clear and orderly communication. Passion is at the heart of everything I do and I try to let this come through in my work helping managers and owners of chains with a 360 ° consultancy which involves my creative side as well as marketing and management.
